Ok, as stated in a previous thread, I'm a noob to SMS, however one of the main reasons why I chose this distro is the easy setup/install piece of it and the potential of adding the following app:

They released with slack in mind, so I'm hoping this can be incorporated in the next release along with Avahi.

I have a few fellow Mac-centric friends looking for a home server distro and are awaiting my updates as to how well my system is working. I think adding Plex/Avahi would be a good clincher to get them to come over!

It seems good, although linux builds are alpha or beta like, and only 32bit.
I tried git but ask for python 2.4, although offered packages are having python2.7.
It's XBMC from what I understand , so I'll try to see if I can make a working build.

It's up to plex developers whether if they are going to support linux, or not.
