You haven't configure SSL on your virtual host...
Just add before </virtualhost>

SSLCipherSuite ALL:!ADH:!EXPORT56:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:+LOW:+SSLv2:+EXP:+eNULL

SSLCertificateFile "/etc/httpd/server.crt"

SSLCertificateKeyFile "/etc/httpd/server.key"

For instance
